Agreement

By using dataautosys.digital or engaging Data Auto Sys for application analytics services related to automated data operations, you agree to these terms. If you are contracting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Services

We provide informational content on this website and, separately, scoped professional reviews such as pipeline health reviews, job failure pattern analysis, SLA instrumentation passes, and orchestration coverage audits. Website content does not itself create a client relationship. Paid work begins only when both parties accept a written scope and fee.

Informational pricing

Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points. They are not offers for sale, and this site does not process payments or checkout.

Client responsibilities

You remain responsible for access credentials you grant, for accuracy of information you supply, and for decisions you make after receiving our findings. We do not operate your production pipelines unless a separate remediation agreement says otherwise.

Intellectual property

Site content belongs to Data Auto Sys or its licensors. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are licensed to you for internal use as stated in the statement of work. You may not republish our templates or proprietary methods without written consent.

Confidentiality

Both parties will protect non-public operational and commercial information shared during an engagement and use it only for performing the agreed work, unless disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Data Auto Sys is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this site or from decisions made after an analytics review. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement unless a statement of work states a different cap.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
