What we collect

When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, optional service interest, and message content. If you call or email us, we keep the correspondence needed to respond. Server logs may record IP address, user agent, and pages requested for security and reliability.

Why we process data

We use enquiry data to reply to your request, schedule discovery conversations, and administer engagements you later confirm. We may use aggregated, non-identifying site statistics if you accept optional analytics cookies.

Legal bases

Depending on context we rely on steps necessary to respond to your request, performance of a contract once an engagement begins, legitimate interests in securing and improving the site, and consent where optional cookies are involved.

Retention

Contact form messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or legal claim. Engagement records follow the retention stated in the statement of work. Cookie identifiers follow the periods described in our cookie policy.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Processors such as email or hosting providers may process data on our instructions. Transfers outside Hong Kong, if any, are limited to providers that offer appropriate safeguards for the service.

Your rights

Subject to Hong Kong law you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing site storage or contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable period.

International note

If you contact us from outside Hong Kong, your message is processed in Hong Kong where we operate.
