We work from 39 Hing Lung St in Sheung Wan with remote workshops across Asia. Our focus is narrow on purpose: application analytics for automated data operations, not general BI consulting or platform rebuilds.
Engagements start with the consumer promise — which dataset must be ready by which clock — then work backwards through schedulers, retries, and shadow scripts. The output is evidence your ops and platform leads can act on within a quarter, not a multi-year transformation story.
