What do you actually deliver at the end of an engagement?
Written findings, ranked remediation, and a walkthrough with the owners who will change the pipelines — not a slide deck that vanishes after the kickoff energy fades.
Do you need production access to our orchestrator?
Read-level access to logs, run history, and published datasets is usually enough. We avoid write access unless you explicitly request paired remediation work under a separate scope.
How long before we see useful signal?
Most pipeline health reviews surface the first actionable cluster within the first week. Full packs land in the published duration for each service.
Can you work with teams outside Hong Kong?
Yes. Engagements are coordinated from Sheung Wan with remote workshops. Legal terms are governed under Hong Kong law.
Is pricing fixed or time-and-materials?
Listed figures are informational starting points for scoped reviews. After a short discovery call we confirm a fixed fee for the agreed deliverables.
What if our estate is partly on a vendor-managed warehouse?
We still map the paths you control and document where vendor opacity limits proof. Findings call out those boundaries instead of pretending coverage is complete.
